Job Summary: We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Assistant to ensure the full functionality of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure at an event venue, performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment. 2. Assist in dismantling structures and organizing tools. 3. Conduct testing and inspections of equipment and facilities for events. We are looking for a **Facility Maintenance Assistant** to join the **Village** team. Ensure the full functionality of the event venue’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure through preventive and corrective maintenance, guaranteeing safety, operational continuity, and quality customer experience during events. **Responsibilities:** * Perform operational checklists for electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems; * Test equipment and facilities prior to event commencement; * Assist in structure dismantling; * Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities; * Organize and manage tools and materials; * Support execution of scheduled preventive maintenance tasks; * Replace light bulbs, switches, and outlets; * Perform simple adjustments on faucets and flush valves; * Adjust, secure, and perform minor repairs on doors, hinges, and furniture. **Requirements** * Experience in general maintenance; Work location: On-site
