Experience: * Prior experience with facilities operations, building maintenance, supplier management, or outsourced services. * Experience in corporate or administrative environments is a plus. Technical Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning). * Contract and supplier management. * Inventory control and supply administration. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for corporate environments. * Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control (a plus).
