Inventory management of equipment and support for corporate events Irrah Tech is a technology company with 21 years of experience, focused on innovative solutions for businesses worldwide. **Who We Are Looking For** Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's physical infrastructure, ensuring proper operation of corporate environments, supervising outsourced services, and guaranteeing compliance with safety, hygiene, and well-being standards, as well as equipment management and inventory control. **Responsibilities** Manage contracts and supervise outsourced services (security, maintenance, reception, cafeteria, landscaping, etc.); Control and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment; Assist in planning workspace layouts and physical changes; Reception, mailroom, and warehouse operations; Manage company vehicle schedules and maintenance, as well as meeting rooms; Manage utility consumption and contracts (water, electricity, telecommunications, etc.); Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local legislation; Control departmental budget, obtain quotations for services, materials, and equipment; Support corporate events and internal teams' infrastructure needs; Manage equipment inventory, track deliveries and usage, and perform procurement; Serve as the main point of contact between the company and service, product, and equipment suppliers. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in: Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related fields; Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning); Knowledge of safety, accessibility, and ergonomics standards; Contract and supplier management experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Problem-solving ability; Good interpersonal communication skills (interacts with diverse stakeholders); Proactivity and autonomy; Time and priority management skills; Negotiation ability; **Preferred Qualifications** Experience managing outsourced teams Knowledge of ESG and corporate sustainability Certifications such as: **IFMA** (International Facility Management Association) **NR-10, NR-35** (Brazilian regulatory safety standards) **LEAN** or **Six Sigma** (for process improvement) **Additional Information** On-site work in Maringá or Cianorte-PR CLT employment contract.
