Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and cleaning common areas, supervising services, performing minor repairs, and controlling the use of common areas within the condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain and clean common areas 2. Supervise maintenance and repair services 3. Conduct daily inspections of condominium premises **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain and clean common areas (lobby, corridors, garage, leisure areas, etc.). * Monitor and supervise maintenance and repair services performed by contractors. * Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks when applicable. * Conduct daily inspections of condominium premises to identify maintenance needs. * Control residents' appropriate use of common areas. * Report any irregularities or relevant incidents to the condominium manager or management company. * Assist in organizing moves, deliveries, and contractor access. * Supervise and support the cleaning, security, or maintenance team (when applicable). * Manage common-use materials and equipment (basic inventory). * Comply with and enforce the condominium’s internal regulations.
