Continuous team improvement through feedback and training RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate and guide the facilities team, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and within the appropriate timeframe. * Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting training for continuous improvement. * Organize daily task assignments and ensure activities are completed according to the established schedule. * Ensure all activities comply with workplace safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Promote team awareness of safety practices and accident prevention.
