




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining indoor, outdoor, and leisure areas in a condominium, as well as participating in team activities. Key Highlights: 1. Cleanliness and organization of common areas 2. Maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas 3. Teamwork for general cleaning The employee will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and maintaining common areas, including: Indoor Areas • Perform general and preventive cleaning of the entrance lobby. • Clean 11 building blocks with staircases. • Clean kiosks as needed. Outdoor Areas • Wash the condominium’s external entrance and sidewalks. • Sanitize handrails and pedestrian access points. • Wash sidewalks surrounding the building blocks. Leisure Areas Clean common leisure areas (kiosks, tables, sinks, and chairs). Perform cleaning of internal support spaces: kitchen, male/female restrooms, and laundry room used by employees. Team Activities • Periodic cleaning of interior and exterior glass surfaces (kiosks, entrance lobby, and building blocks). • Assist with general cleaning according to weekly or monthly schedules. Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Salary: R$1,900.00 + VA (R$900.00) + VT AVAILABILITY ON SUNDAY Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1,900.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
