Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building structures, ensuring infrastructure preservation and internal customer satisfaction through various services. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of building infrastructure 2. Various maintenance services, including welding, plumbing, and masonry 3. Participation in improvement and conservation projects Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building structures to promote improvements that ensure infrastructure preservation and internal customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform welding services as needed; Clean, replace, install, or repair the building's plumbing system; Unclog drains, sinks, and toilets; Assist with masonry tasks such as sealing cracks and joints, repairing fissures and cracks, waterproofing surfaces, and replacing ceramic tiles on sidewalks; Perform maintenance services in the company's yard, such as painting curbs, gutters, and potholes in streets paved with cobblestones; Perform painting services in the building and company yard as required; Maintain roofs according to the building’s cleaning and maintenance schedule; Perform carpentry services such as furniture repair, partition repairs, and door and window replacement and adjustment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required** * Incomplete high school education * NR 35 – Work at Heights * Experience in the role **Desired** * NR 33: Safety and Health in Confined Spaces. **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Company bus or transportation allowance \- 6% * Attendance Bonus (food voucher); * On-site meals / company cafeteria; * Discounts on flooring products; * Wellhub; * Profit-sharing program. **Join Mohawk Brasil: where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of the global Mohawk Group, a world leader in flooring.
