





**Responsibilities and duties:** * Review purchase orders and track delivery status with suppliers; * Verify invoices against purchase orders and support system entry, including ICMS information; * Check invoice copies to validate prices and commercial terms; * Perform price adjustments in the system as needed; * Enter and update product records in the ERP system; * Monitor and analyze inventory turnover, identifying optimization opportunities; * Prepare inventory reports to support purchasing planning; * Support product pricing, considering market analysis and competitiveness. **Experience and qualifications:** * Previous experience in purchasing, tax, or billing routines; * Knowledge of invoices and taxes (ICMS is a plus); * Experience with ERP systems.
