Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional to join our logistics team, responsible for communicating with drivers and supporting performance indicator management in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Logistics; * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field; * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.); * Experience in building and presenting results; * Additional certifications in Data Analysis, Finance, or Power BI will be considered as advantages. Main Responsibilities: * Daily contact with partner drivers; * Clear and effective communication with drivers; * Registration and follow-up of new drivers; * Constant coordination with other departments to align information and processes; * Support in building and presenting performance indicators and results. Behavioral Competencies: * Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal relationship skills; * Clear and assertive communication, with ease interacting across various company departments; * Proactivity in identifying process improvements; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Teamwork and collaboration with departments such as Finance, Operations, and Sales; * Ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
