




The Sales Assistant will be responsible for supporting sales consultants and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role spans from initial reception through post-sale follow-up, including organizing processes, preparing vehicles for presentation, and maintaining the premium brand’s standards of excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet customers in person, by phone, and via digital channels, ensuring courteous and personalized service. * Support sales consultants in preparing proposals, financial simulations, and documentation. * Organize and update the inventory of new and used vehicles in the showroom and on digital platforms. * Prepare vehicles for demonstration (cleaning, positioning, quick inspection). * Monitor the test drive process (scheduling, liability waiver, registration). * Conduct follow-ups with customers and record information in the dealership’s CRM system. * Maintain a spotless showroom aligned with the brand’s visual identity. * Manage sales materials, keychains, folders, technical specifications, and promotional items. * Provide support during events and launches of new models. * Serve as the liaison between internal departments: finance, technical delivery, marketing, and after-sales. **Education and Experience** * Completed high school (college degree in progress or completed is a plus). * Prior experience in sales, premium retail, or customer service is desirable. * Experience working at a dealership is a strong advantage.
