If you enjoy administrative routines, technology, and marketplaces, this position may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Managing and monitoring orders across online sales channels (Shopee, Mercado Livre, Amazon, among others); * Organizing order listings and sales tracking; * Manually entering data into internal reports in **Excel**; * Issuing **invoices** via internal system; * Providing remote/online **customer service**, ensuring a positive experience; * Basic product image creation and editing; * Using **AI tools** for image creation and visual support. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency with **Excel** and administrative controls; * Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Canva, Photoshop or similar); * Interest in or experience with **AI for image generation**; * Strong written communication skills for customer service; * Familiarity with marketplaces is a plus. **What We Offer:** * A work environment offering opportunities for professional growth; * Learning opportunities; * Direct involvement with e\-commerce and modern digital tools. * Starting Salary: R$1\.897,00 * Attendance Bonus: R$50,00 * Punctuality Bonus: R$50,00 * Meal Allowance: R$100,00 * Re-evaluation after probation period **Interested candidates**, please attach your resume when applying for this position.
