Commercial team support via WhatsApp and phone **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Manage tickets and monitor the progress of registration operations, updating statuses and providing feedback. * Create and update users in RBM and CrefazON systems, ensuring complete and accurate information. * Trigger and monitor biometric verification. * Update registration data and correct inconsistencies in RBM and Crefazon systems. * Verify documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Central Bank of Brazil and energy companies). * Check partner certifications and validate CPFs on official platforms. * Block, unblock, and reset user passwords. * Provide support to the commercial team via WhatsApp and phone, clarifying questions regarding registration and accreditation processes. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed.
