Requirements: \- Proven experience in consultative sales or high-value sales. \- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and negotiation ability. \- Organizational skills, goal orientation, and strategic vision for growth. \- Proficiency with CRM systems and commercial performance metrics. \- Ethical, discreet profile with a strong focus on premium customer experience. \- Preferred experience in clinics, aesthetics, healthcare, or luxury markets.
