Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning and managing logistics operations, optimizing routes, controlling tracking technologies, and ensuring data quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operational management, route optimization, and operational sizing. 2. Tracking technology control and supplier management. 3. Customer feedback analysis and financial cost management. Responsibilities * **Planning and Operational Management:** Develop work plans, manage scheduling and route optimization (especially for the private market), and size operations. * **Tracking and Technology Management:** Manage all trackers (vehicles and systems), train drivers on equipment usage, administer suppliers, and research/implement economically viable new technologies. * **Data Control and Quality:** Qualify and analyze customer *feedback* (complaints/suggestions), populate and ensure data quality in indicator spreadsheets and internal systems (including master data management, maps, routes, and "CDEMs"). * **Financial and Cost Management:** Prepare budgetary spreadsheets (rebalancing, adjustment) and monitor/propose actions to reduce operational expenses (e.g., overtime and labor costs), including technical visits when necessary. * **Auditing and Support:** Conduct periodic audits of operations and assist in driver engagement for completing *macros*. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Driver's license category B; * Knowledge of and experience with tracking tools; * Experience in implementing new contracts; * Solid understanding of operational efficiency (operational and route optimization, overtime reduction, monitoring of operational performance indicators); * Field operational experience is a plus; * Willingness to travel.
