Controller Analyst

Job Summary: The Controller Analyst will be responsible for document classification, departmental guidance, indicator and cost analysis, and performing audits and configurations in the ERP system. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for cost and expense classification and analysis. 2. Will handle ERP system accounting configuration and integration. 3. Will conduct internal process audits and cost management. As a **Controller Analyst** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Classify documents for registration in the ERP System; * Guide departments, upon request, on classifications, identifying: product, description, and managerial cost center; * Update and analyze performance indicator spreadsheets; * Perform and analyze cost and expense allocation entries; * Import allocations into the ERP System; * Conduct internal process and cost audits; * Perform and analyze the import of non-automated costs into the ERP System; * Reconcile and analyze cost and expense accounting accounts; * Correct/reclassify entries with discrepancies in cost center and account; * Notify the responsible department of corrections to entries with discrepancies in cost center and account; * Configure approval scenarios for purchase requests by managerial cost center and purchasing area; * Perform accounting configuration in the system, including parameterization by category, nature of transaction, vehicle type, and managerial cost center; * Record fixed assets related to company vehicles in the accounting system; * Perform accounting integration; * Reconcile expense reports/cash reconciliation; * Perform fleet depreciation, when necessary.
