At Globalsat, the Junior Telecommunications Projects Analyst is responsible for: * Participating in the development and implementation of telecommunications technical projects, with emphasis on satellite communication and integration of new services and solutions. * Providing technical support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception and feasibility to final implementation and maintenance. * Controlling, updating, analyzing, and providing project-related information, ensuring alignment with company methodology and requirements. * Monitoring and analyzing technical performance indicators of Globalsat Brazil's services, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Performing diagnostics, tests, and configurations on telecommunications equipment, including satellite and network devices, to validate technical solutions. * Providing customized support to strategic clients during the pre-project phase, offering guidance on installation, maintenance, and integration of satellite equipment and other solutions. * Communicating with suppliers, monitoring technical aspects from project conception through to final implementation. * Supporting the Sales team with relevant technical information to enable new business opportunities, collaborating in presentations and participating in client meetings. * Contributing to the planning and execution of proof-of-concept tests requested by the Sales department, acting as facilitator and/or executor, helping close business deals. * Controlling and ensuring updates to project-generated materials, including risk management plans, problem mitigation, and knowledge dissemination. * Assisting in the creation and implementation of tools, methodologies, and requirements for effective project execution, providing input to senior management for decision-making. * Monitoring and controlling project data, ensuring information is always up to date. * Preparing periodic reports and providing project status indicators to management, supporting strategic decisions. * Ensuring efficient communication among project stakeholders, facilitating information exchange and guaranteeing process transparency. * Representing the company to external clients at all levels, ensuring service delivery aligned with project demands and needs. * Monitoring project budget control, ensuring compliance with criteria established by management. 251022020253876075
