Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, reviewing, and controlling technical documentation; developing tools; leading continuous improvement projects; and managing process risks. Our purpose is to create new smiles every day, guided by a cultural journey and a Protagonist & Learner mindset, which transforms our employees into a high-performance team. **Opportunity to work at CIC.** **What can you expect from your day with us?** * Technical Documentation: develop, review, and control documents related to tracking new product, process, and change developments. * Production Support: develop tools, devices, machines, and methods, and support production areas. * Equipment Installation: perform installation and startup of new equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. * Training: train employees on activities and documents under your responsibility. * Development Management: register items in SAP, create Production Orders, monitor execution, and analyze results of products and/or processes. * Process Design: develop manufacturing workflows and processes for new products and changes. * Project Leadership: lead continuous improvement initiatives, equipment procurement, validations, and changes in production areas. * Risk Management: lead process risk analyses, develop and control documentation according to applicable standards, monitor schedules, and review scope changes. * Impact Analysis: assess risks and impacts arising from process changes. * Engineering Integration: support engineering teams to ensure achievement of objectives related to process risk management. **What do you need to have or know?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Production, Materials, or similar. * Advanced English preferred. * Intermediate English mandatory. * Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma and/or Black Belt (preferred). * Project Management (preferred). * Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing. * Regulatory Standards (FDA, CE, current RDC, BPF) (preferred). * Knowledge of Machining (preferred). **What will you find here?** * Meal allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * National health insurance plan, extendable to dependents; * Dental insurance plan; * WellHub (Gympass); * Transportation allowance or parking subsidy; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Internal development programs; * Discounts on our product lines; * Growth opportunities.
