




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields (or equivalent experience); * Experience in programming and maintenance of industrial robots (Kuka and Fanuc), as well as hands-on experience in automotive manufacturing or automated environments. Knowledge of spot welding and robotic integration; * Willingness to travel internationally and possession of a valid passport; * Preferred qualifications: Experience with laser welding, screwdriving and riveting systems, industrial vision (Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc), advanced calibration and equipment validation, as well as robotic project management. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design, develop, and implement mechanical, electrical, and software components for robotic systems; * Build, test, and validate prototypes of robotic equipment and automated systems; * Program, debug, and optimize robotic systems to maximize performance and operational efficiency; * Integrate robots with other technologies and production systems, debug and improve automated processes, reduce cycle times, and increase reliability; * Create and manage training materials, maintenance routines, and technical documentation; * Conduct risk analyses (FMEA) to prioritize improvements and define repair strategies; * Identify and implement ergonomic and safety enhancements in production systems; * Provide technical support to the maintenance team for resolving complex issues; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic and automation systems; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced automation solutions.
