KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Schedule with departments the review and verification of activity process mapping for general awareness 2. Conduct process mapping and review with respective department heads to ensure accuracy of work processes 3. Identify opportunities for improvement in mapped processes and implement corresponding actions 4. Manage quality-related documents within the information system and provide guidance on their location in the system 5. Guide designated employees in developing work procedures 6. Monitor and support internal quality audit processes 7. Conduct onboarding of new employees when necessary, including orientation on operational procedures in Tasy and specific documentation 8. Assist with risk management activities as required 9. Monitor institutional 5S processes and reinforce organizational culture 10.
