Support the Site Management Team in developing workplace safety initiatives. Participate in the implementation of technologies and work processes; contribute to document management; conduct investigations and analyses of accidents/incidents; and recommend preventive and control measures. Implement training plans and campaigns with safety guidance for all employees. Support supervision of activities carried out by the department. 2. Investigate and analyze all incidents/accidents. 3. Train employees in HSE. 4. Implement Safety, Health, and Environmental programs, standards, and procedures. 5. Analyze and monitor high-risk activities. 6. Determine preventive and corrective actions. 7. Distribute PPE for high-risk activities. 8. Monitor Fire Brigade, CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee), and Environmental training sessions and meetings. 9. Implement incident/accident prevention methodologies. 10. Implement Environmental / Safety / Occupational Health procedures. 11. Inspect operational facilities/buildings, applying continuous HSE improvement programs. 12. Contribute to the development and dissemination of preventive materials to all employees within the business unit. 13. Facilitate safety dialogues (briefings). 14. Develop safety scripts to be applied in operations. 15. Support the management team in preparing the Site for scheduled audits conducted by internal and/or external clients. 16. Deliver training sessions. 17. Monitor KPIs. 18. Monitor internal and client audits. 19. Execute action plans established to address audit findings and non-conformities.
