Operations across air and road transport modes with varied cargo **Logistics Operations Supervisor** We are seeking a **Logistics Operations Supervisor** to manage and monitor operational routines, ensuring process efficiency, goal achievement, quality, and safety in operations. This professional will be responsible for team supervision, performance indicator monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and company standards, directly contributing to the continuous improvement of operational results. **Location:** São José dos Pinhais – PR **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise logistics operations at the unit/terminal, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; * Monitor and ensure efficient execution of operational processes; * Track performance indicators (KPIs), developing and implementing action plans when necessary; * Support operational cost management, identifying opportunities for optimization; * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal policies, and Risk Management guidelines; * Guide, develop, and monitor the operational team; * Assign tasks according to operational priorities and demands; * Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees; * Conduct operations across **air and road transport modes**; * Manage operations involving **less-than-truckload (LTL), full truckload (FTL), and reverse logistics**. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in **leadership/management roles** within logistics; * Knowledge of operations across **air and road transport modes**; * Experience with **LTL, FTL, and reverse logistics**; * Analytical, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset.
