We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented **Closed-Load Analyst** to issue transportation documents and provide operational support, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety in CF Log Transportes’ operations. **Responsibilities:** * Issue **CIOT, CT-e, and toll vouchers**, in accordance with current regulations; * Closed-Load Scheduling * Perform **registration and hiring of truck drivers**; * Operate **risk management systems** and monitor release authorizations; * Update **Excel spreadsheets and controls**; * Support **document verification and operational area assistance**; * Maintain **organization and accuracy** of information. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (college degree in Logistics or Administration preferred); Minimum **1 year** of experience in transportation and document issuance; Knowledge of **CT-e, CIOT, risk management, and basic Excel**; **Flexible working hours** and ability to handle unforeseen situations. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with TMS systems; Experience in hiring truck drivers; Skill in managing operational performance indicators. **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday Weekend on-call duty Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 2,731.00 – BRL 2,731.09 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
