Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling FTL operations, including route planning, team management, cost control, and KPI monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of costs and operational performance **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and control all FTL operational activities; * Planning and route optimization \- Define optimal routes for strategic utilization of vehicle capacity; * Trailer coupling management \- Supervise the process to ensure SMP documentation and trip maps comply with the trip requirements; * People and team management \- Lead, train, and reallocate work teams (drivers, analysts, etc.) to ensure compliance with labor legislation and promote employee safety; * Cost and budget control \- Monitor and analyze operational costs, continuously seeking expense reduction and resource optimization; * KPI performance monitoring \- Evaluate performance indicators to identify weaknesses, implement continuous improvements, and ensure achievement of organizational strategic goals and objectives; * Risk and incident management \- Implement preventive measures and manage accidents and incidents to safeguard cargo integrity; * Negotiation and relationship management \- Negotiate freight rates with suppliers; manage contracts with third-party carriers when necessary; * Technology utilization \- Use transportation management systems (TMS) and other technologies to integrate operations, track vehicles, and efficiently analyze data; * Ensure all operations comply with current legal requirements, safety regulations, and road freight transportation legislation; **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree \- Preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Must reside in Curitiba / PR or the Metropolitan Region. * Relevant experience in this role. * Experience in Transportation and Logistics. * Proficiency in computer applications. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Schedule: Position of Trust. * Company located in Curitiba / PR. **Salary:** * Contract type: PJ \+ Negotiable salary. Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$12\.000,00 \- R$15\.000,00 per month
