We operate as a boutique consultancy focused on delivering a humanized, agile, and accurate selection process—connecting companies and professionals with excellence. * Responsibilities and Activities * Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework (MVC) * Implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces with React * Develop mobile applications using React Native * Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server, Postgres, and NoSQL databases * Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to build scalable solutions * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployments * Ensure application security, performance, and scalability * Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices * Mandatory Requirements * Solid experience with C# and .NET (Core and Framework) – MVC * Strong frontend knowledge with React * Proficiency in SQL Server and Postgres (including Stored Procedures) * Experience with NoSQL * Fluency in data modeling * Clean, efficient, and well-documented code * Experience with Git * Collaboration within cross-functional teams * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent experience) * Nice-to-Have * Experience with Scrum/Kanban * Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD * Experience with Automated Testing and TDD * Hands-on experience with Azure * Certifications: AZ\-104, AZ\-204, AZ\-400, AZ\-305 * Benefits * Performance-based bonus program * Flexible and innovative work environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development
