Job Description
Position: Junior Software Archiving Assistant
Functional Title: Implementation Assistant – Software
Department: Technical
Immediate Supervisor: Supervision
DESCRIPTION:
Execute software implementations by performing configurations according to approved projects, attending to and supporting customers to ensure adherence to schedules, defined standards, and full customer utilization of the system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND CONFIGURATION
* Interpret approved GEDIC projects, understanding technical and operational requirements.
* Configure the system according to project scope, including:
* Registration of the document tree
* Creation and management of users
* Design and configuration of new and existing workflows
* Parameterization of data lists
* Calendar configuration
* Definition of working hours
* Creation of user groups
* Configuration of editable GED and/or PDF forms
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
* Interview customers online or in person to describe current processes and map them to digital workflows.
* Participate in online or in-person meetings with customers for technical and operational alignment.
* Conduct online or in-person training sessions for customers on system usage and implemented workflows, as directed by supervision.
MONITORING AND SUPPORT
* Follow the implementation execution schedule, meeting established deadlines and milestones.
* Monitor active processes and report to supervision:
* System usage metrics
* Technical inconsistencies
* Delays
* Operational bottlenecks
* Dysfunctional users
* Provide basic technical support during the implementation period.
* Interact with Arquivar BH as directed by supervision.
COMMERCIAL SUPPORT
* Support the commercial team during technical visits, when required, to gather information and understand customer needs.Tips: Provide a summary of the role, how one would succeed in this role, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum of 1 year in administrative activities or process auditing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Driver's license Category B (mandatory)
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent applications
* Proficiency with systems
* Knowledge of BPM (desirable)
* Availability for occasional travel
