Job Summary: The professional will perform financial data entry and classification, fixed asset control, account reconciliation, and assist in preparing financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for detailed fixed asset control and account reconciliation. 2. Assist in preparing trial balances and financial statements. 3. Responsibilities: Enter and classify financial data and documents into the accounting system, including purchases, sales, and fixed asset movements (immobilized assets). Maintain detailed control over fixed assets, including registration of acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation. Participate in conducting and verifying physical inventories of immobilized assets, aligning physical information with accounting records. Reconcile fixed asset accounts (banks, suppliers, customers, loans, etc.) between internal records and external documents (bank statements, invoices). Assist in preparing trial balances, balance sheets, and other financial statements and reports, ensuring information accurately reflects the company's actual asset position. Organize and maintain digital and physical archives of accounting and tax-related documents for auditing and compliance purposes. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences Strong attention to detail and focus. Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines. Good communication skills and proactivity.
