Job Summary: Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, performing check-in/out, assisting with their needs, parking vehicles, and other front desk duties. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for internal bonuses and commissions **JOB: RECEPTIONIST / NIGHT AUDITOR** * Greet guests courteously and efficiently, upholding excellence in hospitality service * Perform guest check-in and check-out * Review reports * Assist guests with their needs and requests during their stay * Park guests' vehicles in the hotel parking lot * Perform front desk tasks, including telephone reception, document organization, and issuance of invoices **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry * Proactivity, courtesy, and ability to work effectively in a team **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off — Night shift (10:40 PM to 7:00 AM) * Internal bonuses and commissions available after the probationary period Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2.022,00 — R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver's license?
