




Job Summary: Primary patient service, guidance, registration, collection of fees, issuance of invoices, and administrative support at the clinic. Key Highlights: 1. Access organization and control Duties: Provide primary service to patients and/or users at the clinic; Guide patients on obtaining appointment tickets, including location and scheduled time for their consultation and/or examination; Register patients; Collect consultation and examination fees; Issue invoices for consultations and examinations; Close individual payments and forward them to the Finance Department; Release consultations and/or examinations in the Health Plan Portal; Answer telephone calls and route them to the appropriate department; Receive mail and route it to the relevant department; Receive visitors (non-users), grant entry permission, and direct them to the appropriate department; Control access of internal and/or external clients through the reception entrance; Organize and stock the reception area with printed forms according to Quanta standards; Request departmental supplies from the Procurement Department following internal requisition procedures; Assist Coordination in executing daily tasks as needed; Maintain workplace cleanliness and order; Perform other reception-related duties similar in nature and scope not explicitly listed above; 3 positions available for the afternoon shift.
