Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving and directing visitors and suppliers, controlling goods, scheduling meetings and travel, and maintaining the reception area's organization. Maintain the reception area's organization and safeguard strategic information confidentiality. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Receive, identify, and direct visitors and suppliers within company premises. * Control the entry and exit of goods and correspondence, notifying responsible parties for receipt. * Answer and route phone calls, emails, and messages clearly and courteously. * Schedule and organize executive meetings, reserving meeting rooms, equipment, and arranging supporting items (water, coffee, etc.). * Prepare executive expense reports, organizing documents, invoices, and expense receipts for submission to Finance. * Arrange air tickets, accommodations, and transportation for corporate executive travel and other employees when required. * Maintain the reception area's organization and appearance, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. * Maintain confidentiality regarding strategic information and executive routines. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Administration.
