Corporate travel management and confidentiality maintenance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code* Receive, identify, and direct visitors and suppliers within the company premises. * Control the entry and exit of goods and correspondence, notifying responsible parties for receipt. * Handle and relay emails and messages clearly and courteously. * Schedule and organize directorate meetings, reserve meeting rooms and equipment, and arrange supporting items (water, coffee, etc.). * Prepare expense reports for the directorate, organizing documents, invoices, and expense receipts for submission to Finance. * Arrange air tickets, accommodations, and transportation for corporate travel of the directorate and other employees, as required. * Maintain the reception area’s organization and appearance, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. * Maintain confidentiality regarding strategic information and directorate routines **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
