




Job Summary: Coordinate the reception of a clinic, ensuring humanized service, team support, and compliance with institutional standards, as well as participating in indicator management and administrative processes. Management of administrative and financial routines of the department Provide humanized, courteous, and welcoming treatment to all clinic customers; Guide staff on current procedures for their respective departments under your responsibility; Monitor reception routines daily, providing support to staff whenever necessary; Support your immediate supervisor and assist in developing work schedules, vacation planning, and performing administrative routines related to professionals under your supervision; Notify the team in advance of meeting and/or training dates to ensure full participation; Ensure that reception staff comply with institutional standards; Participate with your immediate supervisor in developing, analyzing, and validating departmental indicators, ombudsman reports, documentation, and action plans; Perform administrative and statistical activities relevant to the department; Monitor and report daily private patient services to the finance department; Implement the pre-billing process at reception; Follow billing policies established by the finance department; Promote organizational identity through the institution's mission, vision, and values.
