Diagnosis and resolution of failures in communication services Description: Driver's License Category B; Personal vehicle. * Install, remove, and repair dedicated data communication circuits and digital DDR circuits, perform physical medium testing with data networks and remote ends, configure modems, complete reports, and execute service orders issued by the customer; * Perform physical medium testing using a multimeter, megohmmeter, and psophometer as required for the task; * Configure modems according to service orders issued by the customer; * Conduct tests with data networks or remote ends using a digital interface analyzer; * Complete technical visit reports, leaving one copy for the customer; * Measure error rate per technical standards, identify wire pairs, and ensure optimal data reception capacity; * Diagnose root causes of service failures and conduct corresponding tests and measurements; * Perform tests, measurements, and installations; * Conduct initial service evaluations. * Perform tests using Smart Class and OTDR, as required for the task. * Configure modems according to service orders issued by the customer. * Configure routers, switches, and EDDs according to service orders issued by the customer. 2512180202551872776
