Job Summary: Internal Sales Representative in Curitiba/PR to work for a company distributing and manufacturing rubber parts and industrial sealing solutions, performing customer service, prospecting, and industrial client portfolio management. Management of the industrial segment client portfolio We are seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Curitiba/PR to work for a company distributing and manufacturing rubber parts and industrial sealing solutions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active and responsive telephone customer service, providing technical support and clarifications to clients. * Prospect new customers, and prepare, negotiate, and follow up on commercial proposals and sales quotations. * Finalize and control sales orders, performing follow-up to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction. * Manage the industrial segment client portfolio, aiming to build relationships, foster loyalty, and identify new business opportunities. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in internal sales. * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques. * Experience selling sealing products, machining products, or industrial sector solutions will be considered a plus. **Compensation:** * Salary negotiable * Commission on sales (2.5% on factory items and 1.7% on resale items. (3\.000 to 7\.000\) * Meal allowance: BRL 430.00 per month * Food voucher: BRL 20.00 per day **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
