Rocha Pombo, S/N, Águas Belas, São José dos Pinhais/PR – CEP 83010\-900 **Salary:** R$ 2\.584,08 * **Shift Schedule:** 12x36 – from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 365.00 per month * Food Voucher: R$ 26.00 per day * Transportation Voucher (VT) **About the Position** The VIP Lounge Bradesco Doorman is responsible for controlling access for customers and visitors, ensuring courteous, secure, and excellence-aligned service in accordance with the company's standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet customers, visitors, and employees courteously; * Control entry and exit of individuals in the VIP Lounge; * Verify documents, invitations, access cards, and credentials; * Guide customers on access procedures and lounge usage; * Record incidents and movements when necessary; * Ensure environmental safety by reporting atypical situations to management; * Provide information and direct visitors to appropriate locations; * Support organization and maintenance of order in circulation areas; * Comply with safety, quality, and customer service standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a doorman, access controller, receptionist, or related roles; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Aptitude for public-facing service. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
