Job Summary:
Direct customer service for members of the Vacation Program to resolve requests, clarify product information, and process overdue payments.

Responsible for direct customer service to members of the Vacation Program, aiming to resolve customer requests—including inquiries, usage, exchange, and cancellation.
**Responsibilities:**
General active and responsive customer service (via phone / in person);
Clarifying product information for customers;
Registering customers in the system;
Following company-established procedures;
Processing overdue installment collections according to company processes and strategies;
Filling out performance indicator spreadsheets;
**Requirements:**
Completed high school education;
Ability to interact effectively with the general public;
Proficiency in working toward goals and achieving results;
Good communication skills and friendliness;
Dynamism and ability to work in a team;
Intermediate-level Spanish proficiency is mandatory;
Native or intermediate-level Portuguese proficiency
**Benefits:**
Fixed salary: R$2,190.00 + commission + R$200.00 attendance bonus;
On-site meals.
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00,
Saturdays 08:00–12:00 (rotating)

Compensation: R$2,190.00 – R$2,690.00 per month
