May be your first job **ACADEMIC RELATIONSHIP OPERATOR** **Job Description:** • Provide active and responsive multichannel customer service (chat, WhatsApp, and 0500\); • Deliver information about courses, services, and procedures to students, applicants, and learning centers; • Propose solutions and suggestions to increase enrollment of new applicants and students; • Enroll new students via communication channels and phone calls. **Requirements:** • Completed high school education; • Experience in customer service (in-person or remote); • Strong communication skills, organization, and empathy to interact effectively with diverse student profiles; • May be your first job. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, either from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance: R$ 37.46/day Commission *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
