Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the Quality team's activities, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and promoting continuous improvement of processes and products. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership in quality management and continuous improvement. 2. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards. 3. Supporting new product development and training. **QUALITY SUPERVISOR.** **Location:** Thomaz Coelho, Araucária / PR. **Responsibilities:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the Quality team's activities, promoting continuous process improvement; ensure implementation, communication, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with ISO 9001 and internal standards; analyze and monitor quality and performance indicators, conducting risk and opportunity management; supervise handling of non-conformities, customer returns, and supplier returns; prepare reports, root cause analyses, and action plans; support internal and external audits; deliver training; coordinate organization and improvement programs (e.g., 5S); support development of new products, raw materials, and technical specifications; collaborate cross-functionally with production departments to ensure process and product quality. **Requirements:** * Experience with ISO 9001; * People management skills; * Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity, organization, and accountability; * Ability to handle daily pressure and challenges; * Professional demeanor, commitment to schedules and goals; * Minimum 4 years of experience in the field. **Compensation:** **Salary:** As per salary expectations and professional experience. **Benefits:** * Coffee and lunch at the cafeteria; * Meal allowance: BRL 550.00; * Fuel allowance (2 full tanks per month); * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * TotalPass (gyms and wellness); * Vida Link (pharmaceutical discounts); * Career Development Plan (internal growth and advancement); **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 17:48.
