




Job Summary: Responsible for billing activities, including order registration, credit verification, value reconciliation, and invoice issuance, as well as updating registrations. Management of customer and product registrations Position: Billing Assistant Location: Foz do Iguaçu/PR – Downtown Employment Type: CLT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00, with lunch break Compensation and Benefits: * Fixed Salary: BRL 2.500,00 * Transportation Voucher (VT) ️ Responsibilities: * Receive order requests, register them in the system, and perform billing according to current policies and campaigns * Conduct customer credit verification and release * Verify amounts, commercial terms, deadlines, discounts, bonuses, and promotional gifts, maintaining direct contact with the sales team * Forward invoices to the logistics partner for product picking and shipment * Issue correction letters when necessary * Prepare adjustment and rectification invoices * Send invoices and bills to customers and representatives * Perform registration and updates of customers and products in the system ✅ Requirements: * Completed High School education. * Experience in billing routines. * Proficiency in Excel. * Organizational skills and teamwork ability. * Familiarity with the Sankhya system is a plus. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
