Work focused on customer service and support Description: * High school diploma required; * Basic computer skills required; * Organized profile; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Record all services in the scheduling spreadsheet and determine required repair time; * Confirm customer attendance one (1) day prior to the scheduled date; * Contact customers to schedule services; * Verify and update customer information; * Make calls to customers listed in TDOS; * Make calls to schedule Recall services; * Make calls to customers with pending Welcome Inspection; * Schedule and respond to Web-scheduled customers within a maximum of two hours; * Schedule and respond to customers via WhatsApp within a maximum of one hour; * Inform the Service Consultant promptly when no further workshop time slots are available; * Answer customer calls, aligning appointments with available schedule slots, and follow up with customers; * Perform other duties related to this position; * Comply with company procedures; 2511290202181836525
