Job Summary: Analyst responsible for ensuring technical, operational, and economic viability of products from development to production, focusing on industrialization, stability, and profitability. Definition of processes, cycle times, and comprehensive technical documentation. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Analyze, validate, and ensure the technical, operational, and economic feasibility of products—from the development phase through to large-scale production release—guaranteeing that they are industrializable, stable, productive, and profitable, with well-defined processes, validated cycle times, and complete technical documentation. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Textile, or related fields); * Experience in: product technical feasibility, industrial process engineering, time and motion studies; * Solid knowledge of textile processes (weaving, knitting, finishing, and/or garment manufacturing); * Ability to read and prepare technical specifications; * Definition of operational sequences and manufacturing routings; * Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (PDCA, MASP, FMEA, SPC); * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Knowledge of ERP systems; * Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems; * Experience in medium- or large-scale industrial environments; * Experience in industrial cost analysis. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance, health insurance (optional and co-payment based), discounts on purchases at the showroom and partner retailers, participation in internal marketing initiatives, telemedicine, life insurance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- CELMA DE ASSIS ROSSATO
