Job Summary: Responsible for placing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, prospecting new partners, supporting demand planning, and managing delivery tracking and product quality. Support for demand planning and inventory control **Responsibilities** * Place purchase orders for raw materials, ensuring supply to meet production requirements. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers to secure the best competitive advantages for the company. * Prospect and develop new suppliers, evaluating criteria such as quality, cost, and delivery timelines. * Support demand planning by monitoring safety stock levels and scheduling parameters to prevent production disruptions. * Track purchase orders, perform follow-up on deliveries with carriers and suppliers, and manage potential delays or cancellations. * Ensure the quality of purchased products and maintain procurement process history in the system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the Procurement area; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
