




Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting negotiations and purchases, leading strategic quotations, and preparing purchase orders, supporting various departments in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience as a purchaser in construction companies and real estate developers 2. Experience in negotiating construction inputs and technical materials 3. Supplier management and development, and contract drafting 100% On-site. Conduct purchasing negotiations and supplier contracting; Lead quotations, comparative analyses, and strategic negotiations, ensuring optimal balance among cost, delivery schedule, and quality. Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts, in compliance with internal policies and project schedules. Support Engineering, Planning, and Finance departments in tracking requirements, contributing to budgetary control and timely project delivery. Use the SIENGE ERP system to record, track, and manage procurement processes, ensuring traceability and data accuracy. Experience as a purchaser in construction companies, real estate developers, or other civil construction sector firms. Experience in negotiating construction inputs, services, and technical materials. Experience in contract drafting, supplier management, and supplier development. Strong communication skills.
