




Job Summary: Work as a Purchasing Assistant, responsible for quotations, negotiations, issuance and follow-up of purchase orders, delivery schedule control, and support in cost analysis, while maintaining communication with suppliers and internal departments. Requirements: * Completed high school education \- Technical or higher education in related fields is desirable; * Proven experience in the Purchasing area, preferably in Civil Construction; * Knowledge and experience with the SIENGE system and intermediate Excel, with proficiency in spreadsheet management and purchase order tracking; * Familiarity with quotation processes, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery schedule control; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities for interacting with suppliers and internal departments. Responsibilities: Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of civil construction materials and services; Issue and track purchase orders in the SIENGE system; Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment of project and internal department requirements; Update and maintain Excel control spreadsheets (costs, suppliers, purchase orders, and contracts); Support cost analysis and identification of optimal commercial terms; Register and update suppliers and products in the system; Verify invoices and assist in the material receipt process; Maintain ongoing communication with the warehouse, construction sites, and finance department; Support inventory control and material replenishment when necessary; Comply with the company's internal procurement procedures and policies.
