Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:30
Compensation: Salary of R$ 2\.100,00 to R$ 2\.200,00 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Food Allowance R$ 801.50/month \+ Meal Voucher R$ 8.00/day.
Requirements:
* Completed high school \- Technical or higher education in related fields preferred;
* Proven procurement experience, preferably in Civil Construction;
* Knowledge and experience with the SIENGE system and intermediate Excel skills for spreadsheet control and order tracking;
* Familiarity with quotation processes, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery deadline control;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities for interacting with suppliers and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quotations and negotiations with civil construction material and service suppliers;
Issue and track purchase orders in the SIENGE system;
Monitor delivery deadlines to ensure timely fulfillment of site and internal department requirements;
Update and maintain Excel control spreadsheets (costs, suppliers, orders, contracts);
Support cost analysis and identification of better commercial terms;
Register and update suppliers and products in the system;
Verify invoices and support the material receipt process;
Maintain constant communication with the warehouse, construction sites, and finance department;
Support inventory control and material replenishment when necessary;
Comply with internal procurement procedures and company purchasing policies
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
