




Job Summary: Nuu Nikkei restaurant is seeking a dedicated Administrative/Purchasing Assistant to manage quotations, procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and efficiency. Nuu Nikkei restaurant is looking for a dedicated and attentive Administrative/Purchasing Assistant to join our team. **Main Responsibilities**: * Conduct quotations, price comparisons, and negotiations with suppliers; * Carry out procurement activities and monitor delivery deadlines; * Monitor minimum stock levels and request replenishment; * Perform periodic inventory counts and assist in controlling losses and discrepancies; * Receive, inspect, and store supplies—including entering invoices and bank slips into the AllFood system; * Manage inventory inflows and outflows within the inventory management system; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the storeroom; * Maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and adherence to delivery schedules; * Support purchasing KPI management and assist in controlling Cost of Goods Sold (COGS); **Requirements**: Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers Proactivity and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and quality standards Commitment to punctuality and work excellence Teamwork capability and ability to maintain organization Easy access to the BIGORRILHO neighborhood ***Preferred Qualification***: Experience in restaurants operating in a fast-paced environment **We Offer**: Collaborative work environment focused on quality Recognition of committed professionals Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with a 1-hour break; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.300,00 – R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
