Responsibilities: Entering purchase requests into the system Supplier registration and updates Requesting quotations (minimum of 3 quotes) Following up on pending orders Verifying purchase orders against invoices Updating control spreadsheets Organizing documents (purchase orders, quotations, invoices) Monitoring delivery deadlines Requirements: * Completed high school education * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Experience in procurement processes: requesting quotations, evaluating proposals, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries until receipt (preferred)
