




Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting negotiations and procurement activities, managing suppliers and contracts, performing strategic quotations, and supporting engineering and finance teams using the SIENGE ERP. Conduct negotiations, procurement, and supplier contracting; Lead quotation processes, comparative analyses, and strategic negotiations to ensure optimal balance among cost, schedule, and quality. Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts in compliance with internal policies and project schedules. Support Engineering, Planning, and Finance departments in tracking requirements, contributing to budgetary control and timely project delivery. Utilize SIENGE ERP for recording, monitoring, and controlling procurement processes, ensuring traceability and data accuracy. Experience as a procurement professional in construction companies, real estate developers, or other firms within the civil construction sector. Experience in negotiating construction materials, services, and technical supplies. Experience in contract drafting, supplier management, and supplier development. Strong communication skills.
