Develop and grow with us! **Responsibilities and duties** Acting as a technical reference in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with current regulations, promoting rational drug use, providing qualified pharmaceutical care, and contributing to performance results and service excellence. **1. Customer Service and Assistance** * Provide empathetic customer service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and effects. * Clarify questions from customers and staff by researching reliable sources. * Promote safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2. Technical and Legal Management** * Serve as the official technical responsible for the establishment before regulatory agencies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensure all documentation is up to date: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Maintain the SNGPC updated, submit transaction reports, and monitor any issues. **3. Medication Control and Storage** * Supervise product storage, expiration dates, and pricing. * Oversee control and auditing of medication inventory, especially controlled substances (Portaria 344/98). * Ensure proper archiving of prescriptions and mandatory reports. **4. Team Supervision and Development** * Train and guide the team on best dispensing practices, current legislation, and government programs (e.g., Farmácia Popular). * Monitor appropriate use of prescription forms, stamps, and sales registration systems. **5. Operational Processes and Quality** * Keep SOPs, the Good Practices Manual, and PGRSS updated, ensuring daily implementation. * Guarantee hygiene, organization, and operation of the department according to health regulations. * Monitor environmental and equipment temperatures with updated records. **6.
