Professional responsible for the safe handling of equipment and materials, movement and organization of inventory, analysis of indicators, loss prevention, and operational support.

**Know Your Mission:**
* Handle equipment and materials safely, performing daily checklists and ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment; properly store products using strapping, stretch wrapping, and palletizing; identify and tag damaged products;
* Assist customers in loading materials, using equipment or manually when necessary;
* Move products, ensuring correct inventory location assignment, and verify before performing system-based stock deductions to ensure continuity of process handling;
* Analyze information from area reports and indicators during activities to prevent discrepancies (demarcas) and provide overall operational support;
* Ensure availability and replenishment of picking items with highest turnover according to planning strategy;
* Act as a process multiplier for sorting and loading, and as a guardian of processes, ensuring yard organization, influencing others, and suggesting continuous improvements;
* Conduct daily briefings, encouraging discrepancy reduction, guiding peers, and continuously seeking knowledge from reports and indicators in your area;
* Identify pain points in your area and proactively signal opportunities for improving sorting, ED (expedition), and withdrawal processes; serve as a reference within the store and company through productivity and quality in sorting and loading processes, acting as a multiplier;
* Interact with and sensitize colleagues at all levels and third parties, exercising counter-power during loading and identifying opportunities to avoid losses;
* Execute inventory processes for locations and materials, detecting specification variances, identifying and completing damaged product registration forms;
* Ensure the discrepancy (demarca) process is performed daily, closely monitoring each location and material, and interpreting variable indicators to consistently improve results;
* Act as a multiplier and guardian of inventory management processes, influencing colleagues and proposing improvements aimed at reducing both known and unknown discrepancies;
* Perform loading and unloading of materials, verify, analyze, and guarantee quantity and quality of merchandise in sellable condition;
* Notify the registration team whenever updates to material registration information are required, identified during verification processes; identify products without external labels or with damaged labels;
* Segregate verified products to the correct destination section, always labeling pallets according to established standards;
* Organize vehicle arrivals according to scheduled date and time, always verifying available unloading space and vehicle type.
