Job Summary: This role involves daily monitoring of commercial shipments, managing driver registrations, issuing various fiscal and collection documents, and overseeing vehicle tracking and operational logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Daily monitoring of commercial shipment schedules and commercial information. 2. Management of driver registrations and issuance of fiscal documents. 3. Vehicle and route monitoring, as well as support for operational matters. * Daily tracking of commercial shipment schedules (including customer information, cargo, vehicles, drivers, appointments, and values); * Registering and managing drivers in the Risk Management System (fleet, affiliates, and third parties); if required, registering drivers, tractors, and trailers (hook-ups and unhook-ups) in the Bsoft system; * Issuing collection orders (as requested by the Commercial team); * Issuing fiscal documents: CT-e, MDF-e, service invoices, GNREs, freight contracts for affiliates and third parties, CT-e and NF-e endorsements, and closing MDF-e upon completion of each trip; * Jointly opening checklists with the insurance company and in accordance with the PGR; verifying the need to issue SMs (shipment monitoring requests); tracker signal mirroring; performing vehicle tracking; * Managing and requesting updated documentation for tractors and trailers, ANTT documentation, licenses, and smoke tests; * Daily vehicle monitoring (checking daily vehicle availability and informing the Commercial team, verifying driver locations, stops, loading, unloading, appointments, driving hours, speed, routing, as well as planning refueling according to route); * Managing refueling (issuing refueling orders at partner gas stations or directing drivers to appropriate refueling stations based on route requirements); * Verifying new routes and communicating them to drivers; monitoring the journey; * Providing support for any operational and logistical matters requested; Compensation: R$2.999,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
