Job Summary: Responsible for customer service, sales, prospecting, and reactivation, negotiating products while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Key Highlights: 1. Customer lifecycle management and proactivity Responsible for customer service, sales, prospecting, and reactivation by negotiating product price, delivery schedule, payment terms, discounts, and freight; registering customers and performing necessary checks to approve orders, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Receive quotations via WhatsApp and email, enter them into the system with all customer, product, and commercial terms information, generate orders including freight and delivery schedule details, and forward them to the customer; 2\. Finalize the order in the system upon customer confirmation and forward it to production; 3\. Receive quotations from unregistered customers, send a spreadsheet containing requested product information, and await customer confirmation; 4\. Request customer data to conduct credit checks and register the customer in the company system; if discrepancies arise, escalate to the Commercial Manager; 5\. Enter the order for newly registered customers and forward it to production; 6\. Update registration information for customers who have not made purchases for over six months before placing an order; 7\. Contact customers in case of order delays and provide the correct delivery date; 8\. Prospect new customers within the operational region via internet research, contact them, introduce the company and its products, and send catalogs and other relevant information as needed; 9\. Contact inactive customers to generate new business opportunities; 10\. Update CRM records for both new and existing customers; 11\. Send product samples to customers when required; 12\. Generate credit card payment links and bank account details for customers paying in full or via PIX; 13\. Proactively work toward achieving departmental and company goals and targets; 14\. Perform other duties within one’s capabilities and expertise, as directed by the immediate supervisor; 15\.
